Great Service
It gives me great pleasure to write this reference letter for Copier Plus. Service on our Fax Machine
I would just like to let you know that Paul Rhodes has been by our office many times over the years to service our fax machine and he has always been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Copiers Plus has an excellent representative for their business with Paul in the field for them.

Outstanding Service
This is the best customer service ever. I had color brochures to print for a conference when my printer needed a new oil cartridge. My service rep - John -- would check the Raleigh office to see if there was one available. Meanwhile, Tina in the service dept. volunteered to print my brochures in F'ville and have someone meet John the next a.m. so he could deliver them to me by noon for my conference. This wouldn't work because I needed special paper. John found a cartridge but was unsure of it's condition - brought it to my office to try in the machine and we used it as a temporary fix. He'd located one in F'ville and was trying to make a connection for someone meet him 1/2 way between F'ville & Raleigh to handoff the part. Not only did someone meet him, it was the owner of the company who came out to deliver the part to John! John then hurried back to my office and was able to get my machine up and running that afternoon so I could get my conference materials finished in time. You won't get that kind of service from the big guys -- I know, we used to use them and dropped them after terrible service and attitude problems. Copiers Plus goes the extra mile and then some. My next machine will come from them and if I have the opportunity to change service contracts on anything they don't service now I certainly will. THANKS A MILLION COPIERS PLUS!

Service call

I was sceptical at first when Copiers Plus bought out our old company and must admit didn't greet them kindly. Boy, do I owe them a great apology and word of gratitude. I have never received such top rated service. I cannot express how impressed I am at the kind of service they provide in this day and age. Dove Rental Car

 Just wanted to let you know that Dove Data called in a service call for a Canon in Raeford located at Enterprise Rent a Car. We had a really fast response time getting there and resolved a problem that they did not even report that they had. The dealer was really impressed with us and the technician and said he would be contacting us for all of his machines out of the Fayetteville area , towards Lumberton and Whiteville, meaning more business for us!  His office is based out of Greensboro. Just wanted to says Thanks Jim and good job!!

When I heard the slogan "the plus stands for service" I laughed. I have never had good service from a copier company.  I still called for a proposal, you take your chances with them all.  It has been a pleasure to be proven wrong. You have obviously maintained a standard of service within your company that just doesn't exist in most any more. You have a customer for life.
