I learned early on in my own business career about business ethics from serving 28 years with Monroe Calculator Company, a family owned company. When Monroe later sold to a very large corporation, you could tell the difference right away. So, when I decided to leave Monroe and form my own business with my immediate family, I had one main focus. Our new company, Copiers Plus, would be dedicated to serving our customers with honesty, integrity and a total commitment to customer satisfaction. There, our slogan was born, “the PLUS stands for service”. To accomplish this, we knew we would have to surround ourselves with employees that have the same dedication to the cause. This is why I have always wholeheartedly believed that a dedicated employee is the most important asset a company can have. Through our passionate and dedicated employees, we will always be there for our customers!
Vice President/ General Manager
I began working at Copiers Plus in November of 1986 as a Sales Representative after moving back to Fayetteville from Wilmington with my wife. At the time, I was one of five employees and three of us were family. In 2002, I became the General Manager but retained my day to day sales duties. For the past ten plus years, I’ve been primarily serving in the General Manger role working directly with Sales, Service and Administration to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and bring forth the most cutting-edge technological solutions on the market.
Vice President of Administration
I joined Copiers Plus in 2015 after a career as a Civil Engineer in the Maritime Industry. My wife and I moved back to North Carolina to be near family and to assist Copiers Plus as it continues to grow, prosper and serve future generations of NC businesses. I approach each day with a passion for serving our clients and measuring our success through the success they achieve.
Vice President of Sales
I began with Copiers Plus in August of 2016 as the Vice President of Sales. My job is to be a Servant Leader who inspires and motivates the organization to offer the best in internal and external customer experiences. My journey to this position spanned over a time of serving in the Navy as a Telecommunications Specialist and over two decades in the document management and imaging industry as a civilian. I am excited about the future of Copiers Plus and how we are bringing value to our customers through innovative and strategic solutions that help them win the day!
Vice President of Service
I began my career with Copiers Plus in March of 2021 as the Vice President of Service. In this role, I lead our Service Team with the goal of providing consistently great experiences to our customers across North Carolina. We achieve this through continuous training and adherence to details.
Prior to joining Copiers Plus I have had the pleasure to serve people in the office technology industry for over 23 years, most recently as Director of Service for a dealership in Florida.
Outside of work I have spent many years coaching basketball at various levels and always have loved the opportunity the game provided me to serve as a mentor to kids that needed an outlet out of their challenging personal circumstances. Having just moved to the Fayetteville area for this role, my wife and I are beginning to explore all North Carolina has to offer and are looking forward to more opportunities to travel and explore this state and many other places, together.
Recently coming aboard at Copiers Plus has been a wonderful opportunity to merge my industry experience and customer focus with a well-established and well-respected company. Vice President of Technical Support
I began my career with Copiers Plus as a Service Technician in July 1996. In January of 1997, I took on the role of Service Manager, followed by Vice President of Technical Services in 2010. In July of 2020 I began a new role within the company as Vice President of Technical Support where I am working to leverage my vast experiences and industry knowledge to further help Copiers Plus grow, and our customers be better served. The satisfaction of our clients is my number one priority and I am thankful for the trust they put in us to offer solutions and service for their workplace.
I began working as the Controller for Copiers Plus in April of 2001. I came to Copiers Plus with 24 years of Bookkeeping and Data Processing Management experience. The owners here have become like an adopted family to me and are truly honest, respectful individuals and business owners. I try to approach each day with a strong work ethic and with knowing that if we help other businesses grow, that experience will sustain me both as an employee and individual.
Director of Communications
I began working with Copiers Plus in February of 2014 as a Sales Representative. After a couple of years gaining invaluable hands-on experience with our customers, I changed roles and began serving as the Director of Communications working to further the Copiers Plus brand image. As the Grandson of Bob, I have always been aware of his love and dedication to me and the rest of the family. Once I became actively involved in the business, I began to see how that love and dedication coalesced into his work. His capacity for compassion and serving others is the reason Copiers Plus has grown to the company we are today.
